Last week was on of our biggest fundraising weeks of the year! Between HVPTO’s Annual Halloween Carnival and HBEF’s participation in Skechers Pier-to-Pier Friendship Walk, we had a LOT going on! This week’s edition of the HVS Surf Report recaps both events – in particular, we thank the absolute VILLAGE of volunteers, sponsors, and all those who donated to make both events a success for our schools!
Please join us this Friday, October 25th from 4:30 – 8 pm at Valley School for the annual HVPTO Halloween Carnival! The Carnival is one of Hermosa School’s longest running events – we haven’t been able to pinpoint exactly but know its over 35 years! We’d love to hear from anyone who can remember a Carnival further back than that! For HVPTO, the Carnival is not only one of our biggest FUNraisers, it’s also one of the signature events to help create, foster and stregthen our sense of community in our unique school district and our little town – we hope to see you all there!
