RAA is an annual reading motivation and awareness program whose goal is to build a nation of readers and to inspire every child to celebrate reading.

Your students can get into the action with our Spirit Days!
Monday: Style your silliest hair
Tuesday: Wear comfy clothes or pajamas
Wednesday: Wear mismatched clothes
Thursday: Wear a silly hat
Friday: Dress as your favorite book character or wear HVS Spirit Wear

And Read Across America week culminates with HVPTO’s Community Reading Ambassador Program when 20+ guest readers from our community visit our elementary grades at View, Vista and Valley to share career stories and read their favorite children’s book.
