HBCSD has scheduled two Transitional Kindergarten/Kindergarten Informational Parent Meetings for interested families to attend on Wednesday, January 26 (in person) or Wednesday, February 1 (via Zoom) from 6:00-7:30 PM. Click here to view the flyer and register to attend.

Transitional Kindergarten (TK) is offered to students in our community that are not eligible to be in Kindergarten (must be turning five on or before September 2, 2022). Students are eligible for the 2023-2024 school year to enroll in our full-day TK Program if they are turning five years old on or between September 2, 2023-April 2, 2024.

At the TK/K Informational Parent Meetings, HBCSD will discuss our full-day TK/K curriculum and differences, eligibility for enrollment, registration process, STAR Education (before and after school care), interdistrict permits, our updated/new schools, volunteer opportunities with the HVPTO & HBEF, and why we are the Best Little School District in the South Bay. Also, we’ll have a question and answer session at the end of the presentation. We look forward to seeing everyone there!
