As we publish our last HVS Surf Report prior to the Thanksgiving holiday break, HVPTO would like to wish all of our families a Happy Thanksgiving and hope that you all enjoy the time with your children, family, and friends!
And… to help you out as you start planning for Thanksgiving, there are a few “take dinner off your to do list” opportunities this week!
- Wednesday – Join HVPTO at The Habit in Hermosa Beach for a YUMraiser! You don’t have to make dinner and HVPTO gets 20% back!
- Thursday – Send your students and their dad/grandpa/uncle/family friend to the Watch DOGS kick off pizza party to learn about the new program to get positive male role models onto our school campuses as volunteers.
And, finally, if you haven’t done so already, please make your Annual Giving donation to HBEF – donations at the Thrive and Benefactor levels made by this Friday, November 18th will be invited to HBEF’s Jingle and Mingle party on Friday, December 2nd. In the spirit of thanks and giving – thank to all those who have given to help support HBEF and the fabulous work they do for our schools.
